Personally Prescribed Coaching Services

At The Wellness Stop, we prioritize your health by carefully curating products and services designed to meet your unique needs.

Our offerings are built on the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness to support your journey to optimal wellness.

Your first session with Karen begins with an in-depth intake discussion, where she will assess your health goals and perform an InBody assessment to gain a comprehensive understanding of your current wellness status.

Together, you'll create a personalized roadmap to guide you toward your goals—whether it's improving nutrition, managing stress, balancing hormones, or restoring gut health.

Karen takes the time to understand your "why"—what matters most to you, your family, and your professional life. Your goals are set step by step, ensuring a sustainable and personalized approach that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

At The Wellness Stop, we believe in a collaborative approach to health. Karen can coordinate with your other healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and a well-rounded strategy—giving you the best possible results for your body and well-being.

Introducing Karen Sullivan

Karen is 56 years old, a mother to Connor, and has been married to her husband Phil for 31 years. She is obsessed with her four labs: Adina, Rosko, Louise, and Parker, who often gets into trouble.

In her free time, Karen enjoys being near the water and paddleboarding in the summer. Since entering menopause, she has developed a passion for barre classes, benefiting her mind and body. She also loves gardening, cooking, and traveling, with Italy, Greece, and the Maldives on her bucket list.

Karen's health journey began after her mother passed away in the late 90s, and she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at 30. After overcoming this, she had her son at 34 and experienced postpartum anxiety. By 39, she faced panic attacks, insomnia, and severe anxiety, which led her to explore integrative medicine.

2010 she quit her corporate job and attended The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), earning her first certification in 2012. Her most recent certification was in 2019 where she graduated from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.

Karen's expertise lies in women's health, particularly for ages 45-65, focusing on perimenopause, menopause, anxiety, depression, and gut restoration.
